4 oz hot pepper peach preserves
1 heaping T. chopped onion
1 level T. chopped jalapeņos drained
1 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
1 8 oz. container sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Blend all ingredients until creamy. For best results refrigerate for several hours before serving. Optional-top with shredded Monterey Jack cheese. Serve with tortilla chips.

You can make hot pepper peach preserves by using peach preserves and mixing in hot red crushed pepper.
