4 eggs
1C sugar (splenda for baking)
1 C milk
1/2 C oil or melted crisco
1 whole orange (rind and juice)
1 tsp. lemon or orange extract
(or 2 tsp. vanilla & 1 tsp. lemon)
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
5 to 5 1/2 C flour

Directions:

Mix first 6 ingredients. Add baking powder, salt and flour. Roll out, cut and twist. Deep fry and drain on paper towel.
