2 cups milk
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1/2 cup sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
3/4 tsp. salt
3 cups soft bread cubes
1/2 cup raisins
1 tbsp.butter

Directions:
Directions:
1. Combine milk, eggs, sugar, cinnamon, and salt in 11/2 quart casserole; beat with rotary mixer. Stir in bread cubes and raisins. Dot with butter.
2. Microwave 26 to 28 minutes on medium, or until almost set in middle. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
