4 to 6 chicken breasts cooked and diced
3 cans cream of chicken soup
3 pkgs, frozen broccoli chopped
1 1/2 C mayonnaise
3 T. cooking sherry
1 T. lemon juice
1 C.grated sharp cheese (cheddar)
1 C. bread crumbs
1/2 C. butter

Directions:
Directions:
Layer broccoli in pan (9X13). Put chicken over broccoli. Mix together soup, mayonaise, sherry and lemon juice. Pour over chicken. Sprinkle on cheese and bread crumbs. Drizzle melted butter over top. Bake 350 degrees for 1 hour.
