Ingredients:
To Make Beef and Bean Burritos, You'll Need:

1 lbs. lean ground beef
1/2 cup of chopped onions
1 clove of garlic, minced
2 tsp of chili powder
1 tsp of dried oregano, crumbled
1/2 tsp ground cumin
1 16 oz. can of refried beans
1 10 oz. can of enchilada sauce, divided
6 8-inch flour tortillas
Shredded lettuce

Directions:
Directions:
Simmer Beef and Beans with Spices

In a large skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef, onion, and garlic until meat is browned. Stir the meat often to make sure the meat is broken up. Drain the skillet. Add the chili powder, oregano, cumin, salt and pepper; simmer for 10 minutes. Add the refried beans and 1/2 cup of the enchilada sauce. Heat thoroughly.
Wrap Burrito Filling in Tortillas, Top With Sauce and Garnish

Now, wrap the tortillas in foil and place in a 350° oven to heat for 10 minutes. Spoon about 1/2 cup of the ground beef mixture onto each tortilla; roll tightly and place the tortillas seam-side down on the serving platter. Spoon the remaining enchilada sauce over the tortillas. You can garnish and serve these burritos with shredded cheese, sliced olives, chopped tomatoes, sour cream or guacamole. I personally prefer shredded cheese and a healthy sampling of hot sauce.
