2 cups half & half cream - or add some heavy cream for richer, thicker drink
1 cup Irish whiskey or any rye whiskey
2/3 cup sugar
1 tsp instant coffee
1/2 tsp chocolate syrup

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in blender and blend for 1 minute.
Pour into decanter and refrigerate. Will keep up to 3 weeks.

Aunt Marlene sent $1.00 for this recipe in the early 1970's from a Nun. Easy to adapt to frozen drink. Coffee ice cream is delish!
