Skin on salmon fillet
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 tbsp fresh ginger
2 tbsp rice vinegar
1 tbsp sesame oil
Lemon wedges

Directions:
Directions:
Place salmon in shallow dish. Stir together soy sauce, ginger, vinegar and sesame oil. Pour over salmon, cover and refrigerate for 15 minutes.

Place salmon skin side down over medium heat on a greased grill. Brush with any remaining marinade. Grill until fish flakes easily, about 10 minutes. Serve with lemon wedges.
