1 pkg. Betty Crocker lemon cake mix
3 eggs
1/4 c. vegetable oil
1 11 oz. can mandarin orange segments with juice (separate segments from juice)

Frosting:
1 8 oz. container Cool Whip
1 20 oz. can crushed pineapple with juice
1 Small package instant lemon pudding mix

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs and oil, add cake mix and mandarin orange juice. Mix until combined (do not over mix). Stir in mandarin oranges gently. Pour batter into greased 9x13" cake pan. Bake at 350º for 35-40 minutes. Let cool.

Mix all frosting ingredients together. Spread frosting over cake and refrigerate.
