1 1/3 cups butter
4 eggs
2/3 cup white sugar
2/3 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup strong coffee
1 tsp vanilla
1 1/4 cups cocoa
1 cup flour
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup pecans chopped

Ganache
1/4 cup butter
8 oz dark chocolate chopped
1/2 cup whipping cream
2 tbsp corn syrup
1 1/2 cups coarsely chopped Skor bars

Caramel
1 1/2 cups white sugar
1/2 cup water
2 tbsp corn syrup
1/2 cup whipping cream
1/4 cup butter cut into 1/2" pieces
1 tsp vanilla extract

Base
Heat the oven to 350. Line a 9 x 13" pan with parchment paper.
Melt the butter. Beat the eggs, sugars , coffee and vanilla until light and fluffy, about 4 minutes.Add the butter. Combine the dry ingredients and add to the egg mixture, beating well. Stir in the nuts and pour into the pan. Bake 30 minutes or until done. Cool

Ganache
Melt the butter and the chocolate. Stir in the cream and the syrup. Spread on the base. Top with the Skor bits, standing up if possible.

Caramel
Bring the sugar, water and syrup to a boil in a heavy saucepan. Cook to a medium gold colour. Remove from the heat and pour in the cream. Add the butter and vanilla. Cool slightly and pour over the brownies. Let set before cutting.
