6 chicken breasts
3 medium potatoes
3 medium carrots
1 onion
3/4 c calorie wise Italian salad dressing
2 tbsp. Parmesan

Directions:
Directions:
Peel potatoes and carrots and coarsely chop into bite size pieces. Chop onion in chunks.
Pre heat oven to 400ºF . Place chicken, potatoes, carrots and onions in a large baking dish(sprayed) and drizzle with dressing. Cover with foil.
Bake 1 hour; removing the foil after 50 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese.
