2 8 oz. packages cream cheese, softened
1 lb. sharp cheddar cheese
Few drops Tabasco sauce
Salt and pepper to taste
4-6 oz. room temperature beer
2 tsp. Worchestershire sauce
2 cloves garlic, minced

Directions:
Directions:
Grate cheese while at room temperature. Combine with softened cream cheese. Combine other ingredients with cheese and whip mixture until smooth. Serve with crackers or cut vegetables.

For some reason, we only serve certain foods at Christmas or Thanksgiving and never have them any other time of year in my family. This is one of those recipes. Beer and cheese does not sound like something that goes together, but it is delicious!
