1 lb fish (white flesh fish, perch, cod fish etc.)
2 big peeled and shredded potatoes
2 peeled and shredded carrots
1 tbsp lemon juice
3 eggs
4 tbsp flour
Salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Cook fish in the short broth, (recipe in the book) drain and break in pieces with a fork,
Add the remaining ingredients and pour in a greased bread dish.
Serve with a tarragon sauce. (recipe in the book)
