12 large mushrooms
2 c. cold water
1/3 c. vinegar
2 T. butter
1 T. parsley, chopped
Pinch of caraway
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. mace
1 T. fine bread crumbs
2 egg yolks, beaten

Directions:
Directions:
Cut stems off and then soak mushroom caps for 10 minutes in cold water and vinegar; drain.

Chop stems and saute in butter; then add all the seasonings and remove from heat. Add 2 beaten egg yolks. Spoon mixture lightly in caps. Place in shallow buttered pan.

Bake at 400 F. for 15 minutes until brown.
