1 pound of fish (any white fish such as haddock, sole, cod or cusk)
1 cup sour cream
1 tsp. lime or lemon juice
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. honey
2 tbsps. dry bread crumbs
Paprika

Directions:
Directions:
Arrange fish in a greased baking pan. Mix together sour cream, lime or lemon juice, salt, honey and bread crumbs. Spread over fish.

Bake at 400º for about 20 minutes or until fish flakes when tested with a fork and the sour cream topping is lightly browned.

Sprinkle with paprika just before serving.
