Ingredients:
Ingredients:
2 cups Sugar
4 tbsp. cocoa
4 tbsp. butter
Dash of Salt
1 can evaporated milk
2 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Put sugar, cocoa and butter in sauce pan. Stir on low heat until butter melts and mixture becomes "grainy." Add evaporated milk. Stir CONSTANTLY until it comes to a boil. Boil one minute, STIRRING ALL THE TIME.

Remove from heat, add vanilla. Cool slightly because the ice cream will melt if too hot!

May be kept in the fridge up to 3 weeks. May be "gently reheated" so as not to thin the sauce out. Enjoy!!
