3 pound country style pork ribs
1 tsp garlic salt
1 tsp freshly ground black pepper
1 cup ketchup
1/2 cup brown sugar-firmly packed
1/2 cup chili sauce
2 tsp liquid smoke
1 tsp lemon juice

Directions:
Directions:
Sprinkle ribs with garlic salt and pepper
Combine remaining ingredients in a saucepan over medium heat
Cook about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally
Keep warm
Place ribs, rib bone down, on a rack in a shallow roasting pan
Baste with sauce
Bake 1 1/2-2 1/2 hours in a 325º oven
Turn and baste with sauce every 30 minutes
Cut into serving size portions
Bring remained sauce to boil and serve with ribs
