5 medium Vidalia onions, thinly sliced
1/2 stick butter
Grated Parmesean cheese
Ritz cracker crumbs

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onions in butter until limp, but not brown. In a casserole, layer onions and grated Parmesean cheese and Ritz crumbs. Repeat layers. Bake at 325 F. for 20 minutes.
