1 lb ground beef
1 onion, chopped
10 3/4 oz. condensed tomato soup
14 1/2 oz. canned tomatoes, petite diced, or puree
15 oz. tomato sauce
2 chicken bouillon cubes
2 beef bouillon cubes
4 c. water
1 1/2 tsp. oregano
1 1/2 tsp. basil
1 tsp. parsley, dried
2 tsp. garlic powder, I used jarred garlic
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
8 oz. ricotta cheese, or cottage cheese
8 lasagna noodles, uncooked and broken into small pieces
shredded mozzarella cheese

Combine onion, tomato soup, diced tomatoes and tomato sauce and place in slow cooker. Add all the spices and bouillon cubes to the slow cooker. Add water and spread broken uncooked lasagna noodle pieces all around. Crumble RAW ground beef over top. Cover. Cook on low for 7-8 hours or high for 4-5 hours. Approximately 30 minutes before serving, stir in the ricotta cheese or cottage cheese.Ladle into soup bowls and top with shredded mozzarella cheese.

This is so easy to fix and tastes great! I added about 1/4 c. shredded Parmesan cheese along with the ricotta or cottage cheese.
