3 pkgs Jello, red, yellow, green
1 envelope unflavored gelatin
1/4 c. cold water
1/4 c. boiling water
1/4 c. pineapple juice
1 pint whipping cream
1/2 c. powdered sugar(sifted)
pinch salt
1 Angel food cake

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve each package jello in 1 1/2 cups boiling water. Put each in separate square containers and refrigerate overnight. Whip cream like custard. Dissolve unflavored gelatin in cold water and then add boiling water and pineapple juice. Add pinch salt. Fold dissolved gelatin and powdered sugar into whipped cream. Remove jello from refrigerator and cut into small cubes. fold jello into whipped cream mixture. Save small amount of jello cubes for top. Line bottom and sides of angel food pan with angel food cake slices. Pour mixture into the lined pan and refrigerate overnight. Remove center of pan and slice to serve.

Mom made this cake quite often while we were growing up and we loved it. It is so pretty when you slice it to serve.
