1 lb. ground turkey
1 envelope chili seasoning (El Paso)
1 4 oz. diced green chilies
1 chopped onion
1 can chopped (diced) tomatoes
8 oz. Velveeta cheese

Brown turkey & onions and drain.
Add all other ingredients and simmer until cheese melts.

Perfect to sit down and watch NASCAR with not to mention very tasty. Aunt Mimi's gave us the recipe last time we all were together at her house.
