2 full boneless skinless chicken breasts, frozen
1 can Rotel tomatoes
2 cans of black beans, rinsed and drained
16 ounce bag frozen corn or 1 can or corn, not drained
1 pkg ranch dressing mix
2 tsp cumin
1 tsp chili powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 8 ounce pkg of cream cheese

Directions:
Directions:
put frozen chicken breasts in bottom of crock pot
Top with the tomatoes and corn
can of beans, rinsed and drained
ranch dressing, cumin, onion and chili powders
stir to combine
top with block of cream cheese
cook on low 6-8 hours
shred chicken
serve over brown rice
