1 C. creamy peanut butter
1/2 C. granulated sugar
1/2 C. brown sugar
1 beaten egg
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 C semi sweet Ghiardelli chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
Mix by hand 1 C. of peanut butter with granulated and brown sugars.
Add the beaten egg, vanilla and chocolate chips until well mixed.

Make 12 balls and place on one, un-greased cookie sheet one inch apart.
Flatten with a fork in one direction and then the other.

Bake in 350º oven for 10-12 minutes, turning the pan halfway through the baking. Leave them on the pan to cool. Roll the second 12 and put on a second cookie sheet following the same procedure. When making the balls, let them roll in your fingers until smooth. Dough is a bit crumbly.
