Whole filet, trimmed
Soy Sauce

Mixture:
1 c. Italian-style bread crumbs
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
2 T. cracked pepper
2 tsp. hickory smoked salt (Spice Islands)

Directions:
Directions:
Rub filet with soy sauce; then roll filet in bread crumbs.

Put fillet on a rack and place on a sheet pan and bake at:
450 F. for 15 minutes
350 F. for 30-40 minutes or until pink.

If you are feeding a smaller group, just divide the filet and freeze half for another time. This is the best tasting filet you'll ever have....it comes out perfect every time.
