6 chicken breast halves
1 pkg. frozen chopped spinach thawed and drained - or -
1 pkg. salad spinach cooked, chopped and drained
3 green onions, chopped
1 c. crumbled feta
2 T. Italian Herb or Greek Herb seasoning
6 slices swiss cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Arrange chicken breasts in 9 x 12 pan. Cook in microwave for about 10 minutes, rearranging pieces half way through to evenly heat.
Mix spinach, feta and seasonings. Spoon over chicken.
Swiss cheese slices on top.
Bake in 400F oven for 30-40 minutes.
Serve with rice.

Instead of using the microwave, I have prepared this in the oven using 350F for 1 hour 15 minutes.
