Ingredients:  
Mix together for crust: ˝ cup Flour
1 ˝ stick soft Butter
1 cup chopped Pecans
˝ cup Sugar
Then press into bottom of buttered 9”x13” pan. Bake at 350° for 25 minutes or until lightly browned. Let cool.

While crust is cooling, mix:
8oz pkg. Cream Cheese
1 ˝ cup Powdered Sugar
2 cups Cool Whip
Spread over cooled crust.

Mix filling: 1 small box Instant Chocolate Pudding
1 small box Instant Vanilla Pudding
3 cold Milk
Spread over preceding layer.
