1 package lemon cake mix
1 package instant lemon pudding
1 cup oil
1 cup water
4 eggs, beaten
1/2 tsp. almond extract
5 heaping tbsp. poppy seed
Glaze:
1/2 cup sugar
3 1/2 tbsp. lemon juice

Directions:
Directions:
Put all ingredients into a bowl and mix well with a mixer. Grease and flour 3 small loaf pans. Pour equally into pans and bake at 350º for 40 to 45 minutes. Mix together the glaze ingredients and pour over bread.
