1 1/2 c. sugar
1 c. shortening
1 tsp. vanilla
3 egg yolks
1 c. flour
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. cream of tartar

Directions:
Directions:
Cream sugar, shortening and vanilla together until fluffy. Add beaten egg yolks. Sift flour, soda and cream of tartar together. Add flour mixture to creamed mixture. Drop on cookie sheet and press with fork.
