2 c. shortening
2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1/2 c. light molasses
1/2 c. dark molasses
1 T. vinegar
2 c. sour cream
6 c. flour (sifted)
3 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. ginger
4 tsp. soda
2 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Cream shortening, sugar, eggs and molasses. Beat well. Add vinegar and sour cream. Mix flour, salt, soda and spices; stir in. Roll out or drop by tsp. Bake at 350º for about 15 min.
