1/2 cup trans-fat free margarine or butter
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup low fat milk
4 Tbs cocoa
1/2 cup chunky natural peanut butter (no sugar added)
3 to 3-1/2 cups dry quick-cooking oats
2 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
In a medium saucepan, mix together the margarine, sugar, milk, and cocoa over medium-high heat. Bring the mixture to a rolling boil. Keep the mixture boiling for 1 minute, then remove the pan from the heat.

2. Stir in the peanut butter, oats, and vanilla. For each cookie, drop 1 Tbs of cookie dough on wax paper.

Let the cookie cool until set, about 30 minutes.
