1 egg
1/4 c. sugar
6 T. vinegar
salt & pepper to taste
1 T. butter

Directions:
Directions:
Beat egg. Add sugar, vinegar, salt & pepper. Cook until it thickens. Add butter. Let cool and add to cabbage. Mustard can be added if desired.
