Crust:
26-30 Oreos
1/4 C. butter or margarine, melted

Topping:
2 C. crushed pecans, divided into 1 C. portions
1 - 14 oz. can condensed milk
1 - 16 oz. can Hershey's syrup
1/2 C. butter or margarine, melted
1 tsp. vanilla

1/2 gallon butter pecan ice cream, softened
1 large container of Cool Whip

Crush Oreos, add butter and press into 13 X 9 pan. Freeze for 30 min.

Topping: Except vanilla, mix all ingredients, using only 1 C. nuts and boil, reduce heat, simmer for 3 minutes. Add vanilla, stir and set aside to cool.

Spread softened ice cream onto frozen crust. Put in freezer for 30 min.

Pour on cooled topping and put back in freezer for 24 hours. Before serving, top with Cool Whip and 1 C. chopped nuts.
