1 lb. ricotta
2 eggs
1 cup flour
3 tbsp. baking powder

fat or oil for frying
honey
powdered sugar
Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs and ricotta until creamy. Add flour and baking powder and mix well. Heat oil to 370º. Drop batter by large spoonful into the hot oil a few at a time. Fry until browned, about 4 minutes. Remove with a slotted spoon and drain on absorbent toweling. Drizzle with honey and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
