1 - 2 lb. bag frozen hash browns
1/2 C. butter or margarine, melted - divide into 2 portions 1/4 C. each
1 C. plain yogurt
1 can Cream of Mushroom, Cream of Chicken or Cream of Celery soup
2 C. shredded mozzarella cheese
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
2 C. crushed Corn Flakes

Preheat oven to 350º.

Place frozen potatoes in greased 13 X 9 casserole dish. Pour 1/4 C. melted butter over and mix.

In a medium bowl, mix yogurt, soup, cheese, salt and pepper. Spread over potatoes. Put Corn Flakes on top and drizzle with remaining butter. Bake for 1 hour.
