2 sticks butter or margarine, softened
1 C. brown sugar
1/3 C. sugar
1/2 C. milk
2 C. crushed graham crackers

Waverly Wafer crackers for crust

Topping:
1/2 C. butterscotch chips
1/2 C. chocolate chips
2/3 C. peanut butter

Directions:
Directions:
Mix filling ingredients in saucepan and heat to boiling. Boil for 5 minutes, stirring often as this scorches easily. Place a single layer of Waverly Wafers on bottom of 13 X 9 ungreased pan. Spread half of the filling on the crackers. Add another layer of crackers and spread remaining filling on top. Add one more layer of Waverly Wafers.
Topping:
Mix ingredients together in a saucepan or double boiler to melt. Pour over bars. Refrigerate at least 3 hours before cutting so bars can set up. Keep bars refrigerated.
