Hurry-up Sauce (see recipe)
16 oz. heavy cream (or whipping cream for less fat- but what's the point??)
1 oz vodka
1/2 cup grated Parmesan or Romano

Directions:
Directions:
Follow directions for Hurry-up Sauce. After simmering Hurry-up Sauce for 30 minutes, add 16 oz. heavy cream, a shot of vodka, and a half cup of grated Parmesan or Romano. Bring to a boil. Drop heat to low and simmer an additional 15 minutes.
