1/4 cup olive oil
10 cloves garlic, peeled
1 large can whole peeled tomatoes, blended
1 t salt
1/2 t black pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oil in medium saucepan over medium heat. Saute garlic until browned, stirring constantly. Add blended tomatoes, salt, and pepper. Reduce heat to low and simmer at least 30 minutes, stirring occasionally. Sauce may sit on low heat for several hours to absorb garlic flavor. Remove cloves of garlic before pouring over pasta of choice.
