1 C. butter
1 C. powdered sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 C. flour, sifted
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 C. rolled oats
1 C. chocolate shots

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375º.

Cream butter; add sugar gradually and cream until fluffy. Add vanilla, flour, soda and rolled oats. Shape dough into rools 1 1/2 inches in diameter. Coat rolls with chocolate shots. Wrap in plastic and chill for at least 2 hours. Slice into 1/4 inch slices and place on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake for 10 minutes.
