1 lb ground beef
1 pkg taco seasoning
1 can stewed tomato
1 8 oz cottage cheese
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 1/2 c shredded cheese
1 pkg flour tortillas
chopped lettuce
tomato


Directions:
Directions:
brown ground beef; drain fat. add seasoning and can of tomatoes. let simmer. mix cottage cheese, 1 cup cheese and eggs. butter dish and line tortillas on bottom and sides of dish. (cut tortillas to fit) layer the dish as follows....tortilla, cheese, meat...top with cheese and bake for 45 minutes at 350...garnish with lettuce and tomatoes.
