1 pack. Oreo cookies (36 cookies)
6 tsp. melted butter
1 pack. soften cream cheese(8 oz.)
¼ cup sugar
2 c. tbsp. cold milk
1 container thawed Cool Whip divide in 2 (12 oz)
2 pack. instant chocolate pudding (3.9 oz)
3 ¼ cup cold milk
1 ½ cup Mini chocolate chips

Directions:

Crush the cookies, and add to the melted butter. Mix well.
With a fork press in a 9''x13'' pan and put in the refrigerator.
With a mixer, beat the cheese until soft, add 2 tbsp. milk and the sugar and mix well.
Add 1 and 1/4 container of the Cool Whip and spread over the crust.
In a bowl, mix the pudding with 3 1/4 cup milk, beat until thick enough then with a spatula spread over the cheese let stand for 5 minutes then spread the rest of the Cool Whip.
Decorate with chocolate chips.
