2 2/3 cups maple syrup
1 box graham crackers
1/3 cup water
6 tbsp cornstarch
1 tbsp butter
2 cups 35% whipped cream

Directions:
Directions:
Boil water and syrup.
Dissolve cornstarch with little water
Boil (until cornstarch disappears) about 5 minutes
Add butter

Layer in casserole dish:
1) Layer crackers
2) Layer ½ syrup mixture
3) Layer crackers
4) Layer ½ syrup mixture
5) Layer crackers
Cover with saran wrap
Cool in fridge
Add whipped cream on top about ½ hour before serving.
