1/2 lb Lasagna Noodles
1 lb Ground Beef
2 tbsp Olive Oil
1 Green Pepper chopped
2 cloves Garlic
1 onion chopped
2 8 ounce cans Tomato Sauce
2 cans tomato paste
1/4 tsp pepper
1 tsp salt
1 tsp oregano
1 can mushrooms
3/4 lb Mozzerella cheese
1 lb Riccotta cheese
1/4 lb Parmasan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Cook lasagna noodles in salted boiling water till tender.

Brown ground beef in oil adding green peppers, onion, garlic and continue cooking until tender.

Add tomato sauce, tomato paste, salt, pepper, oregano and mushrooms to meat bring to boil on high, cover, cook 15 minutes on simmer.

In buttered casserole pan arrange layers as follows
lasagna noodles,maozzerella cheese,Ricotta cheese, meat sauce and paramasan cheese. Repeat 2 or 3 times

Bake at 350º for 45 minutes.
