½ diced red pepper,
3 chopped shallots,
125 grams Philadelphia cream cheese
½ cup chicken broth
4 cups cooked chicken
8 tortillas
salsa
mozzarella cheese
Salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Cook the shallots and peppers in oil. Add the Philadelphia cream cheese, chicken broth and chicken.

When the cheese is melted, add salt and pepper.
Spread mixture on tortillas close by folding the edges.
Put some salsa in the bottom of a rectangular Pyrex dish, add the filled tortillas and spread the salsa over, cover with mozzarella cheese.

Heat in oven to melt the cheese.
