1/2 tasse beurre
2/3 tasses lait évaporé
2 1/2 cassonade
2 tasses sucre en poudre

Directions:
Directions:
Faire bouillir les 3 premiers ingrédients de 3 à 4 minutes.
Ajouter le sucre en poudre et brasser à la mixette jusqu'à épaisseur désirée, ne pas laisser devenir trop épais. Étendre sur des beignes ou sur un gâteau.
Peut aussi être mangé comme du sucre à la crème.
