30 Shrimps
Lemon juice
3 tbsp. flour
2 tbsp. corn starch

Directions:
Directions:
In bowl, put the shrimps and enough lemon juice to cover, store in refrigerator
and let marinate for 3 hrs.
In a dish with cover put flour, corn starch and shrimps.
Shake well to cover the shrimps with the preparation.
In a heated at maximum deep fryer, add the shrimps one by one and cook
for 2 min.
Serve with garlic butter and Cesar salad.
