30 crevettes
Jus de citron
3 c. à tab. farine
2 c. à tab. fécule de maïs (corn starch)

Directions:
Directions:
Dans un plat, mettre les crevettes et les couvrir de jus de citron, mettre au réfrigérateur et laisser mariner 3 hrs.
Dans un plat avec couvercle mettre la farine, la fécule de maïs et les crevettes et agiter pour bien enfariner.
Déposer les crevettes une à une dans une friteuse à chaleur maximum et laisser cuire environ 2 minutes.
Servir avec du beurre à l'ail et une salade César.
