2 œufs
1 t. cassonade
1 t. mélasse
3/4t. beurre
1 t. lait sûre
3 t. farine
1 c.à t. gingembre
1/4 c.à t. sel
1 c.a.t. cannelle
2 c.à.t. soda

Directions:
Directions:
Battre les œufs avec la cassonade, le beurre, la mélasse et le lait.
Dans un bol, mélanger les ingrédients secs et ajouter au premier mélange.
Cuire à 325°F.
PS: Si vous n'avez pas de crème sûre, ajouter 1.à thé de vinaigre dans votre tasse de lait.
