2 cup mashed potatoes
2 ½ cup sugar
1 cup milk
1 tablespoon melted butter
3 tablespoon vanilla
5 teaspoon baking powder
3 to 4 cup flour
Icing sugar (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Cook the potatoes. Mash potatoes with sugar, milk and butter. Add vanilla and baking powder. Add flour and let stand for 4 to 5 hours.
Roll dough as a pie crust. Cut with donut cutter and cook in oil in deep fry pan. Roll in icing sugar.
