Jus de pommes
Épices, sel, poivre et ail au goût

Directions:
Peler les pommes et les coupées en quartier et les étendre le long de la longe.
Verser du jus de pommes jusqu'à ce qu'il y en ait à demi de la longe pour ne pas qu'il manque de liquide .

Couvrir de papier d aluminium.


Cuire au four a 350F pendant 1½
