1 lb bœuf haché
1 lb lard haché
1 c. à t. sel
1/2 c .à t. poivre
1/2 c. à t. clou de girofle moulu
1/2 c. à t. cannelle
1 petit oignon haché
4 patates pelées et coupées en morceaux moyens
4 croûtes à tarte

Directions:
Directions:
Dans un poêlon graissé mélanger bœuf, lard, sel et poivre et cuire lentement avec un peu d'eau.
Dans un chaudron, cuire les patates et les piler (Ne pas ajouter de lait ni de beurre).
Mélanger ensemble patates, viande cuite, clou et cannelle.
Mettre ce mélange dans une croûte à tarte et couvrir d'une autre croûte.
Avec un pinceau ou les doigts mettre un peu de lait sur la croûte.
Cuire au four à 350°F. Jusqu'à ce que le dessus soit bien doré.
Donne 2 tourtières
