1 (10 oz) pkg egg noodles
2 (6 1/2) cans tuna

frozen carrots and/or peas

Cheese Sauce:

3 T butter
1 T flour
1/4 t salt
1/8 t pepper
1 1/2 c milk
1 c velveeta cheese (shredded)
2 oz cheddar cheese (shredded)

prepare noodles as directed on package. drain tuna,

put noodles in 3 qt baking dish. flake the tuna over the noodles, layer the frozen vegetables


over low heat, melt butter in saucepan

blending flour, salt and pepper

cook until smooth and bubbly. remove from heat and add milk

heat until boiling, stirring constantly. boil and stir 1 minute. add cheese, gradually, stirring until all the cheese is melted and sauce is smooth

now...pour the sauce over the noodles

bake at 325 for 30 to 40 minutes
